“Ours is a typical story of technical knowledge, Italian wit and a little bit of luck

Everything started in the “far” September of 1995, when three friends with completely different professional backgrounds started to work on some stainless steel prototypes.

We immediately realized that in Italy there wasn’t any valid alternative to pickling paste, if you wanted to clean stainless steel welds.

Our curiosity and the will to find out if it was possible to overcome this limitation, brought us to study the different pickling technologies available on the market.

We started highlighting all the limitations and defects of the different solutions, then we thought at how we could overcome them inventing something “new”.

This i show the first prototype of electrochemical weld cleaning machine came to life.

At that time it was so much high-tech and progressive, that we immediately got our first patent: the system for the aspiration of the fumes.

The first prototype got so much interest that we immediately built two more, that were soon bought by a Swedish company.

In May 1996 we took part to our first trade show in Bologna. We received so many enquiries that we decided to start the production of our first 50 machines Ricevemmo moltissime richieste d’ordine e decidemmo di iniziare la produzione delle nostre prime 50 macchine.

We knew this was “just the beginning”, so we immediately started an R&D program, with the scope of adding innovation and improvements to this segment.

Our products and accessories are distributed in all 5 continents with more than 60.000 machines sold.
