E-Polishing
E-Polishing Box is the innovative pickling and electro-polishing basin developed by Nitty-Gritty to meet the needs of those who need to clean and polish small parts with complex geometry, such as, for example, screws or springs.
Taking advantage of the inverter technology that Nitty-Gritty applies to all of its machines, a technology that allows current control by passivating each surface in the best possible way, E-Polishing Box enables the pickling and polishing bath of stainless steel parts through an electrochemical reaction controlled by a special patented electrode that increases the processing speed up to 3 times compared to traditional polishing baths performed with traditional electrodes.
E-Polishing Box is available in three versions: 3, 6 and 30 liter capacity, and can be connected to all machines in the Clinox line.
