The Laser Weld Cleaner removes weld oxides, rust and contamination from stainless steel using a laser beam.
No acids, no contact, no liquids to dispose of or manage. The beam acts only on the layer to be removed and leaves the metal underneath intact, with no abrasion and no deformation of the part.
On the weld seam, the laser does the work of true pickling: it removes the weld oxides and free iron that trigger corrosion and restores the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel. No chemical preparation, no dwell time.
